Where we want to be in the future
The Trust is now seeking to develop new schemes which will form part of a long term delivery and implementation programme.
As part of this process we are inviting organisations to submit proposals in the form of an Expression Of Interest.
Whilst our first project will deliver aspirational but affordable to live in homes, at this stage we are interested in all potential opportunities which could include:
- Development of housing
- Development of workspace
- Development of other community owned assets
